- Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-printed mobile cases are not eligible for return unless there is a physical defect.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
