Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was delivered. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-printed mobile cases are not eligible for return unless there is a physical defect.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
